Vnesheconombank Investment company «VEB Capital» and «Agrocom Group» signed an agreement in the frameworks of the project for construction «Hyatt Regency Rostov-DON-PLAZA» «Agrocom Group» enters the project as an operator for further construction and setting into operation of the Conference centre including hotel facilities, shopping centre, office and parking space.
